Lwazuri Vacations exists for travellers who want Africa arranged with care rather than sold as a package. We are small by design: we take on a handful of journeys at a time so that each one is planned properly, from the first conversation to the last sundowner.
How we work
We begin with a conversation, not a brochure. What kind of traveller are you? Do you want long, slow days in one camp, or a route that moves? Is this a celebration, a first safari, or a return to a place you already love?
From there we write an itinerary around you — the lodges, the guides, the flights and transfers, the pacing between bush and city. You refine it with us for as long as you need. When it is right, we handle every reservation and confirmation so that all you carry is the anticipation.
We are honest about money. We will tell you where spending more genuinely changes the experience — a private concession, a guide you keep for the whole trip, a room with the view — and where it simply does not. Comfortable and mid-range travel is planned with exactly the same care as our most expensive itineraries.
We focus on South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Lesotho — destinations we know and specialise in. We would rather know a handful of regions deeply than claim the whole continent.

Lwazuri Vacations was founded by Itumeleng Moloi, a hospitality and travel professional with over six years of experience across luxury safari, reservations, guest services and travel coordination.
Her career has taken her through some of Southern Africa's most respected hospitality environments, including Royal Malewane, where she gained first-hand experience of the level of service, attention to detail and personalisation expected in luxury safari.
From welcoming guests and managing reservations to coordinating travel arrangements and solving the details that make a journey run smoothly, Itumeleng has built her career around one thing: exceptional guest experiences.
That experience now sits at the heart of Lwazuri Vacations.

How we work

Step 01
The conversation
We start by listening: your dates, who is travelling, the pace you enjoy and what this trip is for. No brochure, no pressure.
Step 02
The proposal
Within a few working days you receive a written itinerary — routing, lodges, activities and indicative pricing, with honest notes on season and value.
Step 03
Refining together
We adjust for as long as you need. Swap a lodge, add a night, change the order. The itinerary is yours until it feels right.
Step 04
Confirming
We hold and confirm every reservation, transfer and light-aircraft connection, and handle special requests, dietaries and celebrations.
Step 05
Before you go
You receive final documents, arrival guidance and a direct contact — one person who knows your trip inside out.
Step 06
While you travel — and after
We stay reachable throughout, and we check in when you are home. We hope your first Lwazuri journey becomes the first of many.
