Terms & Conditions

Quotations

All journeys are tailor-made and quoted on request. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing and remain subject to availability and to the rates published by our suppliers at the time of booking.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have received your written acceptance and the deposit stated in your proposal. Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates are set out in each individual proposal.

Changes and cancellations

Amendments and cancellations are governed by the policies of the lodges, airlines and operators reserved on your behalf. These policies are shared with you before you confirm.

Travel documents and insurance

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required health documentation. Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation cover, is strongly recommended for all African journeys.
